I've never had one. Apparently the best is made by Thomas Keller. Pastry Chef at the Bouchon Bakery in New York City. I plan to visit one day. Care to join me?

This could be fun. Look how perfect they look.  Plus you get to chose your topping.  I could probably do without a topping.  After Gelato, you would need to walk a few blocks in NYC.
